Who is eligible for help?

Our clients can be referred to us by care associations, Social Services or Housing Associations. We also accept referrals from clients directly. As a registered charity, eligibility depends on a client's receipt of a means-tested benefit. Before we can enter clients on our database, or supply goods, we need to see evidence of this. If you aren't sure, contact us by telephone or e-mail, and we'll advise you of your eligibility or otherwise.

Examples of relevant benefits are:

Income Support
Income related jobseekers allowance
Housing benefit
Council tax benefit
Incapacity benefit - higher or lower rate
Working tax credit or child tax credit

A small financial contribution is required for items supplied, but no charge is made for delivery.
